Entry Deadlines:
Postmarked by Wednesday, July 17th.
Hand Delivered to the Entry Office by 6pm Friday, July 19th.
Submitted Online by Midnight Monday, July 22nd.

Eligibility:
Exhibitors MUST be a resident of Washington County, (primary residence must be in Washington County, NY) NY except for the Open Horse Show, Open Gymkhana, Open Ox Versatility Challenge, Truck & Tractor Pulls, & the Demolition Derbies. 
YOUTH Class Exhibitors must be a resident of Washington County, NY; attend a school in Washington County or be a member of a 4-H Club, FFA, or Scouts in Washington County, NY.  Youth Exhibitors must be 5 yrs. old by December 1st of current year and under 19 yrs. of age as of January 1st of the current year.
​OPEN Class Exhibitors must be a resident of Washington County.  In the case of joint or multiple ownership - ALL owners must reside in Washington County, NY by July 15th of the current year.

  The 2025 Washington County Exhibitors' Handbook will be updated & posted
by April 1, 2025.
